Default Its official US release moved up to Sept 8th you have me to thank for this

http://www.gamestop.com/browse/searc...ds%20of%20Prey

I expect some apologies now. The Publishers wisely decided to move up the US release date of Birds of Prey to Sept 8th because of my thread telling them to.

Birds of Prey is now on a level playing field with Heroes Over Europe thanks to me. It would have been flat out dumb for them to release Birds of Prey 1 week behind Heroes Over Europe, and I have no problem driving that point home to the Publisher no matter how much people ion this forum critized me for it.

The showdown is now on Birds of Prey, and Heroes Over Europe release the same day in the US.

1 person will not change the dev or the publishers mind so its not just u however u its a bit of a coincidence for this to happen after u said something however it would be an internal decision not u sayin i want it moved forward

I was insulted, and attacked on this forum when I gave good, and sound business reasons for the US release to be moved up a week. Which is excately what the publisher has done now.

I think it goes without saying that my thread played a big role in getting the release date moved.

Again, Dont get lost up there!
You havent considered the fact that Sep 15th might have been a date that ment the game wouldnt be late, realising they have finnished they moved it forward. Anyway the 8th is my B'day so therefore its all my work that got the date pulled forward!

The publisher most likely read my thread or somebody brought it to their attention. My thread did have an impact. Would they haved moved the release date up without my thread? Maybe or maybe not we don't know, but my thread certainly brought the issue to the attention of the Publisher, and that was the whole purpose of my thread was to get the release bumped up a week so BOP could be on a even playing field with HOE for my $50.

Maybe you would get the recognition you seek if you weren't so arrogant about it?
