Pre-load on Steam?

Hi, I purchased Cliffs of Dover from Steam. Will there be pre-load on Steam so we can download the game files before the release and can play at the release time? Thanks.

If UBI post the UK versions tomorrow (28th) I would imagine that Staem will release for download around the same time, but would lock activation until 31st
