Default Telling steam to install a certain game on a diffrent HDD?

Is it possible to do so? Can i tell seam somehow to install a certain game to a diffrent location but the default one?

I'm pretty sure all things related to Steam (games included) have to be in the Steam folder. But, you can always copy+paste the entire folder to your other HDD.

You can install the game as normal and then move the files to a different drive using the join function. There are several places on the Steam forums that outline how to do this.

I have all my Arma 2 games on a different drive than the Steam program.

Make a NTFS symbolic link. Google mklink

That's what I did. I have CloD folder on the main SSD, the rest of the steam folder in HD.
