Default Some Interesting Tactics

I'm playing my 2nd playthrough in Elven Legacy, and I'm using some new tactics that I wasn't aware of as a new player.

Because the perks 1-3 Lvl Fencers are lame, I've powered-up Elf Conscripts to Lvl 3 and gave them Ford Seekers, Light Equipment, and Segmented Movement, before upgrading.

A Fencer unit with those first 3 upgrades, and then Crowd Killer and Slayer, makes a this unit a highly mobile and destructive unit.

Also, I chose the Great Teacher perk for Sagittel, and this dictates my core strategy. Because this perks gives a 150% experience bonus, you can power up unit extremely fast as long as they defend and use their attacks near Sagittel.

By the end of "The Sullen Mountains" stage, Gylven was almost to level 8! If at all possible, attack and cast spells next to Sagittel.

Also, the False Prey perk/artifact is most useful for Elven Spears/Wardens. With that perk, some decent terrain, and Sagittel w/ Multiple Support and Armor Piercing, you'll devastate the enemy ranks.

Also, a great way to slow down Farrakh in the last stage of Fantasy Wars, is to use a Crippling Shot by a crossbowman, and then use the spell Freeze by a mage. This will reduce Farrakh's movement to a modest 1. That way, he won't rampage around and slaughter your troops.
