Please help Reseting the campaign editor

Please help I had a crash in Campaign Editor and now my game isn't working properly. I tried removing Everything including saved games and reinstalling the game. After I reinstalled, somehow it's still having the same problem and the campaign is still edited. how is that possible after a resinstall?
