You may try your luck in Marshan Swamps. Also the dead boats near the beaches in all the maps of Darion provide undead units (you have to fight the ship to be able to hire the troops).

Early in the game a stack of vampires is awesome.

Are you the same Imperial Dane from the DoW forums?
