Default German 37mm ammo capacity?

Just curious as to the amount of ammo carried, Ju-87G 15? Bf-110G series 30? Hs-129 30?

Probably the best way to figure out is set up a scramble in the QMB and have only one of those planes. Then you could count the shots until you run out. Just remember the Ju-87 G has two 37mm cannons. So don't forget to multiply by 2 to figure ammo loadout. Repeat scenario with other two planes.

Note: Ju-87 G has ammo counters in the cockpit, but this doesn't tell you the exact amount of shells.

I counted 24 shells with Ju-87 G. That's 12 shots.
I got 70 shots(a lot more than I was expecting) with the BF-110.
And with HS-129 counted 11 shots.

(Special note about Hs-129)
Hs 129 B-2/Wa - Bk 3.7 gunpod Although tested and supposed to replace the 30mm cannon pods this weapon proved to be a major disappointment. The installation had such a negative effect on flight performance that test flights and development were aborted early. As such this weapon was not used historically and should not be selected in a historical mission.

Bf110 also has an ammo counter that can give you a rough estimate, and yes it has that many shots, making it OP.

Hs129 has option to use Mk103, which has about the same ability to kill higher RoF and a lot more ammo.

or perhaps i should have said? on the 37mm stuka pod there are 2 projections that have to be feed or clip ejection as it is on both guns and on both sides of the pod. So, if it only has 12 shots is it a dual feed gun or did the clip go all the way thru and stop on the other side, kind of like a hotchkiss mg? I know the 37mm ground gun was fed from shells placed on a stripper clip type of insert.

Stuka uses Tungsten AP rounds

Bf110 uses HE rounds

There was a early patched Bf110 model with Tungsten AP Bk3.7
the barrel was angled downwards slightly for ground attack,
this was corrected to a level incidence and rounds changed to HE for bomber interceptor model.

iirc

It is possible to kill a T-34 with Bf110 Bk3.7 ammo, shooting at the rear, and also sides. And Bk 3.7 hits on planes do not show the flash of HE projectiles.
