Men of War:AS .dll error

I had this game on my old comp, it worked fine. I recently tried installing it on my new comp and i get this error, The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing. I have tried reinstalling the program 3 times, can any 1 help?

ok, i had a breakthru, the GEM editor on the game runs fine. i can start it up. For some reason the main game wont run

do you have the demo installed?

im using the CD gold additon. i have no demo installed
