Any PSN users have no access to the network tonight ? PNS Home states " Partial Availability " .....?

Its out all across the EU (and parts of america I think) from 16.00hours today to sometime tomorrow. New features for PSN+ membors - something about cloud storage for saved games. Didn't read into the news article too much as I didn't do the write up for my site!
