Why has none 1.11.3 version online?

So i finaly got the game working and patched for latest version(MP only)

But 90% Seems to play an old version...why?

Game just released in the states recently so Im sure no one knows they have to download and update the patch. Plus the fact that a lot of people may still be enamored by the single player, which cant be done readily with the 1.1.3 patch. I noticed the same thing when I had the original release of the game that everyone was playing 1.1.3. Then, after I updated, everyone seemed to be playing the older version. I had thought I read something about an autopatcher that is supposed to be in the game, but that may be included in a future patch since 1.1.3 is only a band aid.
