Just an update........

"Precious Metal" XRP51 Griffon posted a qualifying speed of 399.179mph on the day , which put her at 12th overall for the pairings.

The honours went on the day to Modded P51 "Strega" with a stunning new Unlimited piston record of......... 499.160mph....!!!!


Precious Metal placed 5th overall in her Heat1A race.......more to follow !

Reno Air races have been cancelled following the crash of Galloping Ghost.....It is a sad day for all those concerned, from this community our
thoughts and prayers go to those who have lost life and suffered injury.
