sniper ammo question

2 questions
snipers do a great job but once the ammo is gone where do they find the same calibre ?

How do you take away a weapon from a friendly ?

You can take ammo from their buddies with the same (but not scoped) rifles.
To manage inventory, click on the small button above the center of main panel when a soldier is selected, then you can drag'n'drop items from/to the ground. Consult the manual, it's described there.

do you have an online manual ? unfortunately mine is in thai language and i dont speak or read thai even though i live there.

got it tks. am i right in assuming that combat enginneers cut barbed wire and remove obstacles for infantry ?
