Default Men of War: Assault Squad - Account problem

I've recently re-installed AS only to find that there is a problem with my online account. After I put in my details and type in my CD key it tells me my account is bound to another key, so I tried using another account, only for it to tell me my CD key is bound to another account.

I've read that other people have had similar problems (I myself have had it with other Steam games) and that they contacted the developers to solve this; but I emailed the developers a week ago and I still have had no reply. I have also read that Steam hasn't provided any help with the matter, so hopefully this place can.

Have you contacted 1C support (support@1cpublishing.eu)? This is a known issue encountered by a few players if i'm not mistaken.

SERIOUSLY? **** you if you think I'm buying any more of your games. I contact the support email more than once and then I come here to no avail, all I get is 'Oh yeah, that's a known problem, but **** if were going to help you.'

Default Can't gain access to account

Ok so i also recently reinstalled MOWAS due to the new dlc skirmish pack 2 and the new map packs coming in for logging in to go play online i also get greeted with the same message saying that it's already binded to another account so i thought i must have the wrong account i have serval connected to gamespy on one email so it gets confusing..

I then spent the next hour using all the usernames that were on my list and the passwords i know it's the correct password because i always use it its a security flaw i know but i forgot otherwise. I need help with this i don't understand why i can't access my account anymore it should be the right one i inputted

I am now going to send email for further assisstance but i haven't come accross this problem before.

Such a great support community here.. no reply from the community or admins and i reply to the email and they haven't even botherd to look into to it by the looks of it..
