Is it possible to go back to Hillandia after leaving the map?

I have an unfinished quest (Zombies Head) that I had in Hillandia.
The reason I couldn't finish it at the time was because Telle had the undead head in her inventory (after we fought some robbers for the Border Robbers quest) and I got the Zombies Head quest after she had disappeared from the Inn in Hillandia.

Now that I have taken the train to The Meadows I have Telle back in my party and I have the undead head back but there is no exit to Hillandia.

Seems the blocked entrance back to Hillandia is all part of the campaign storyline.
Apparently it will reopen later.
