Arsenal Flag Raising

I've cleared the arsenal and got the objective completed message. When I go to the flagpole nothing happens. I click on the lil gears and it does nothing. am I supposed to have a flag in my inventory somewhere?

You put your cursor over the flagpole it turns to gears you click it and nothing happens?

I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out - gave up and redid the mission and it worked this time. Not sure why but the first time through that area had an armored car explosion and tons of damage in the vicinity. It's my only explanation...

That's cool you got it to work. I forgot about the nice little firefight. I think I might give them King Tigers or something more powerful than those light vehicles. I never paid attention to what was going into the truck, I didn't think it was important. I never knew that whatever I put in the truck I would use in the next mission.
