error messages during installing 1.17.5 patch:
- game not found
- steam version
- canega version
- other reasons
- ...

here is a solution how to use game with latest patch:

1. download Men of War game client (free of charge) - this installation include 1.17.5 patch + languagepack + hotfix.

or use Google and search for "mow-victory-day-edition-v1.17.5-int.exe"

2. install game (choose other install location as your installed original MoW)

3. start game with with new shortcut "Men of War. Victory Day Edition"

4. use your original CD-Key

important: this solution is only allowed with legal copy of MoW and legal CD-Key for multiplayer.

you can't seriously think all the 'angry' owners of Men of War on STEAM or else will download the 2GB free client to get working game they paid for long time ago ...

it's serious fail on 1C and BestWay support side
- unable provide either updates in time for all distributions or single universal manual patcher ...

also because of such 'reputation' lot of people refuse buy which hurts great titles like Men of War twice as much

another example is terrible PR with the title, there is free x weeks yet most of major gaming sites ignore it ...

Do you know if I will be able to use the Victory Day Edition after the promotion's ended? I do own a copy of MoW so I got my own registration key.
