Cannot apply patch 1.11.3

I have downloaded patch 1.11.3.1 from www.menofwargame.com when i applied the patch it says
"The stup has detected that no version of men of war is installed.The update requires a previous version of game to be installed.Setup cannot continue"

I have men of war version 1.02.0 Repack.

install game new. i think patch updater did not find y install directory from game (this entry is saved in windows registry).
