missing dll help

When I try and play the game i get a missing NxCharacter.dll file and cannot play the game at all.

any help would be great thnx

That dll is installed in the main folder by default, so if I were you.

I would uninstall the game and try to install it again and make sure you don't have any anti virus program running or anything else for that matter.

And if that doesn't work read your instructions on how to contact support.
