I know there is an mp-game-mode like this (frontline) , i just wanted to say you should do some maps for battle zones whitch gives the feeling that you start from a base...

Update three for Storm over Europe 2 modification. We proudly present new informations about our mod.
Our new map is set in the time period of August 1944 in the area of Mielec in south east Poland in the near of the border to the Ukraine. A plenty of fighting groups hit each other. German 23. PzD, 24.PzD
and 78. GD has contact with seven devisions of the 5. russian Garde-Armee.
So here, that is the loading screen of our new map:

Looks awesome i like the idea of each map having a certain time period. But bases sound like a bad idea, they force you to fight in a certain place. I like to pick my battles and retreat when necessary, so i think bases could make the game too rigid and stop the use of different tactics and experimentation.

Update seven for Storm over Europe 2 modification. We proudly present new informations about our mod.
Today we want to share a few information and visuals with you. Here we present a new feature for "Battlezone" and "Capture the Flag".

Our modteam thought, that all playable multiplayer maps get boring after y played this map 100 times. So we had added "non-fix-programmed" flagpoints into our maps.

On gamestart the position from every flagpoint would be set new again. We think this random flagpoints makes maps more interesting.

A year has passed and still no release?...By the time this comes out we'll all be playing Red Tide instead
It's a pity too, because i was really looking forward to a big mod like this - Is there any actual news regarding the release?
New pics are nice, but not being able to play them makes it just teasing..

Red Tide, as far as I know will not have multiplayer and after You have finished it a couple of times, You can, hopefully, get you're hands on Storm over Europe 2 and play it again with Men of War in single and multiplayer mode.
