Elven Legacy cannot create profile

Every time I startup Elven Legacy, it works, except that it will not create a profile. When I click on create, it simply crashes and gives the following error:

"Fatal Error
Cannot save TXML file '..\My Documents\Elven Legacy Profiles\Profiles\Profile.01\_Profile.txml'

Create a dxdiag report and send to our support team (support@1cpublishing.eu) together with text of the error.
