in star wolf 2 on the corporate path when the msf is after El phantom need her alive to decode the alien data so i ended up fighting the msf but after the battle no matter what her health is, El's ship keeps blowing up and i fail the mission is that suppose to happen why can i save her?

If a ship blows up regardless of how large its health is, the event is most likely scripted and thus unavoidable. Keep playing.
