Until recently, even mentioning the said free headtracking software seemed to be verboten on this site (some legal issue, I believe). It is unlikely to be specifically supported, but given the apparently 'open' design of SoW:BoB compared to IL-2, it may well be possible to use it. Time will tell.

On the topic - I've asked previously, and got nothing but a few users (ie, not 1c reps) complaining about FT and stolen code... Some wouldn't even acknowledge the elephant in the room:
Quite beside the FT and "intellectual property" issue, it's obvious that SoW BoB should accept a generic input for head position, just like it will for sticks/throttles etc.

Here as well as on the Ubi forums? I didn't see that last time I read the rules (or posted about FT) - have they changed?

So you approve of commercial collusion, and little-to-no competition in the head-tracking market? (and everything that goes with it...)

I hope not... freetrack works very well with IL-2 and some other games I have... without paying for a uber-ultra-traking device... just used 3 white leds, a cap and the webcam i already have... everything is perfect and i can't fly without it.
