i would think so,

im not really familiar with AMD and ATI, but it seems only your CPU is a bit smaller than mine (but i have a desktop and that is a notebook if i`m not mistaken)

your video card is better than mine and the game ran perfectly smooth with me so my guess is it should run great on yours too.

You should be OK, might have to turn down some of the shadow detail and post processing, but they make very little difference visually anyway. Try the demo first to make sure how it runs!
