Question about 7.62 Hard Life Starting Location

I have 7.62 Hard Life installed. I have played it previously, and when I played it I started in the neutral town that you start in. Now, I just re-installed it. And I keep ending up in the Jungle Camp. Why is it different? I tried reading the manual yet it was all in another language. Previously, i was able to read the manual in English. I really enjoy these games, please help. Thank you.
