Cant Alt-Tab

It's getting kind of annoying when I can't tab out and the game insists on tabbing me back into the game. Can't these developers make a patch or at least do something many American games can regardless of whether the product is actually good or fun? shoddy animations, voice-acting, and dialogue aside of course.
