The Zombie in the Cemetery

There is a single zombie wandering around the cemetery in Marshan Swamp; first he tells you he works for Sir Foritop, then he just hums. Sir Foritop has said nothing about him. Is there supposed to be some minor quest involved with these two? I can't get anything.

You need to talk to Foritop to get the junk from the zombie (junk from the cemetery). Then you should go and get it from him. After that you can kill the zombie, as it usually carries an artifact.

In two games now I have not seen this mini-quest. Sir Foritop never mentions the zombie to me.

I finally solved this. Sir Foritop will talk to you about the zobie only after you destroy his cauldron for the witch.
