Did you install all official updates for Windows? In my case it helped to increase stability of the full game. I'm always installing all the updates before trying anything else, assuming that the MS frameworks are to blame in the first place

Yep, I always download all official Windows updates ASAP.

Then I'm afraid I can't help you My only guess is the graphics card/driver... but then again, why would the full game work for Magog when the demo didn't?

Yes, the MS download made no difference. And I too think it was some sort of graphics problem. I have this kind of lousy GeForce GT 8500 with nvidia standard (crap) drivers...

If you don't want to waste $40 you can order it from cdwow.com. Much cheaper.

Ok, that makes me feel much better. I will go ahead and buy the game then. I think I am just going to use the Gamestar download store, since I don't want to wait longer to play!
