1: I love your new avatar.

2: Here's my question:
So there is a new PhysX driver available on nZone.com to be used with the demo. Does this new PhysX driver version allow for more PhysX in the retail game such as in the demo? Thanks...

the patch for retail game will appear later, this patch is only for demo!

The release date is not specified yet, and right now noone can tell you more. Approximately this month.
