Default Supercharger experiment

Okay so it was a rainy day been looking for some of the old mods, but they might be extinct though. So here is my first ever mod, a five hour effort that I will work on through the winter. The worst part of the Orig came for me was the terrible sounds. I'm sure mine here are not very good but hey I'm new to this . What can I say, I'm stuck on the Original game

While in the cockpit, the whistling is superb, you got it! Good job SlipBall, but why not on outside views?

Yes I am new to it and there are many things to consider when playing with the sound files. I'm sure that I can get the whistle sound going though...Will take a look on my next attempt, when I have some time

Not the same engine but it should sound similar.
Engine sounds before the rewrite of the sound engine were much more stereoscopic, like your head is between the cylinders but the new sounds are
much more accurate( but lacking bass).

Yes I originally posted your video example, it is a good source for some sounds. Since the mod is for my own use I don't need to think about historical accuracy ...base can be added to a certain extent using a sound program

SlipBall, you mean the second vid is lacking the kompressor again? Sad news, given the first video is more than perfect to me, it sounds like the real life ones. You sound engineer! Evil is putting your skills to test once again but sure you'll rise victorious in the final battle.

The main problem is finding an exterior up-close under power sound file. My other thread that video has the perfect sound, but there is the music on top which makes that sound file un-usable...the search continues! victory will prevail
