Army Shop mod for AP exist?

Is there an Army Shop mod like the one in TL? (http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=6002) In short it lets you replenish any stack in your army on the spot for something like triple the cost.

A search doesn’t yield any results which has my hopes down.
