1.17.5 mp and GEM error

hello, i seem to have a problem, i have patch 1.17.5 and one day when i started the game i got a error message that said something about armored cars, and destroyed turrets. but i do remember the top part (esdllreader,cpp,259)
i already reinstalled the patch and now it still says the message and it says my game version is 1.17.3. it also says the same thing in editor in editor.

never mind i fixed it i tried to apply to mods at once (GSM and croms) so it created the error. now i need to get my game version back to 1.17.5
