Several newb questions.
I tried searching but came up with nothing. I've several things which are confusing me so I'll just number them.
1) Items have a race property but what does it do? 2) A couple times now I've gone to a shop and then come back later and suddenly they have new units. What causes this? Is it level based or some such? 3) Do units ever restock? I was able to buy 4 royal thorns at one point but now none of the shops I've discovered has them. 4) Say a battlefield chest has an item in it and the enemy grabs it first. Will I get the item when I defeat them? That's all the questions I can remember right now but I'm sure I'll have more soon. Thanks to anyone who can offer some help. |

Why does the AI pick chests up anyway? Not that I'm not thankful that it does sometimes.

Scarlet wind castle gets new stuff after you defeat either of the bounties The 'Axe', also on scarlet wind, gets new stuff when you defeat his quest. The dwarf in montero underground who has the FedEx mission gets new stuff when you complete it (often rather good dwarf stuff) Arnold the champion gets new stuff when you defeat him AND LET HIM REMAIN CHAMPION. All I can think of off top of my head. Quote:

One reason you may want them to go for a chest, is when you do not want them to attack your unit.

The "Anger" skill in the might tree says something like "The rage of heroes increases when their troops exchange blows".
How exactly does this work? What kind of blows count? Magic/ranged attacks also? And does the bonus apply in every fight or just vs other heroes or something? |

1) How much damage it deal 2) How much your total rage is 3) How many bonuses to rage generation you have. You actually gain rage as percentages of your total rage. That means if your total rage is 20 and you do an attack that gives you 4, if your total rage had been 40, that same attack would have given you 8. Anger gives you a percentage bonus to the rage you accumulate. The first level gives 20%, the second gives another 20, as does the third. if you have all three points in Anger, an attack that would give 10 rage, instead gives 16. Rage is used by your pet dragon for his special abilities. |

Thanks.
Is Anger a pretty crucial skill or do you get enough rage at higher levels? |
