Hey, the English patch for the demo Is working fine.

Much better now!

It's just that the only preset pad Is the xbox360 one, so still can't play with mine (logitech rumblepad 2) and don't think there Is a customise controller option...

I can EASILY say the MAJORITY of potential customers of this game WANT free roam...they gave no REAL reasons why its not in the game just excuses imo

No free roam means no game for most players. And trust me, no free roam means this game will not be good enough so people will just pirate the game. That is my opinion. Probably getting banned again for saying this but hey, I don't care.

Do i just drop the text document in the Russian folder or do I need to delete the matching pp3WorkGame.RUS file

I have no clue. I did this a few months ago but forgot how you need to mod the file. Sorry.
