Talking A few simple questions

I got a few simple questions.
Will your game have these features exactly,
I this copied from Uaz racing features page:

1 Will there be realistic off-road behavior and damage modeling that depends on track conditions and encountered obstacles.

2 Will the impact of weather conditions and time of day on track negotiability.

3 Will I be able to create large map, because I would love the try to recreate the island from the game Just Cause 2.

Its a beatiful Island with all types of climates and will surely be ordering your game and love what I've seen so far;
4x4Evo+motorm4x+Screamer4x4+1cAvalon games and growing fan community and possible modders!!!
Would appreciate an answer, thanks!
