Gold edition over Amazon

In Amazon the gold edition of XIII century (DoD+BoE) is in exit for the 31.08.2009: now the sales is no more limited only to North America but everywhere "This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S.".

Still I don't have understood if the digital download from Aspyr can be made also for country outside the USA.
