XIII vs, RW 1242

Is Real Warfare essentially the same game as XIII with a different storyline? I have XIII and I'm enjoying immensely thus far. What incentive is there for me to pick up Real Warfare 1242? Is it compatible with XIII by any chance?

In multi they are compatibles, in RW you have a additional single campaign with 8 new battles.
