Select a soldier or group of soldiers who have some mines, then click the use item button. In the menu is a icon w/ a mine, click that then hold the right mouse button I think it is and drag in the direction you want the mines to be placed.

Mines and traps are my favorite instruments in warfare. They just make me feel good once they go off.

Nothing makes me feel better in this game than hitting a tank and watching it blowup into a big fireball, or watching a significant amount of men flying around dead after I hit their general area w/ a huge shell of sorts Im evil, I know

No, you are not. I would prefer to follow a squad of enemy soldier and mine the way they came. I would then chase them back the way they came with a BTR but let the mines kill them. Now, that is evil.

Just give 8 guys 5 mines each and you can place all 40 mines in less then 2 minutes.

I remember why it took me so long to place mines. I always give my soldiers so much stuff that they have no room in their inventory lol. If I wanted to place mines I would have to take stuff out first.
