Default With the Sales success of Rome2 Total war ..

i hope the 1C and unicorn teams haven't given up on RW .. all it needs is polishing, battles up to TW standard, and faith from all involved.

Creative Assembly have screwed true war gamers by producing a kiddie game with Mario Spinning hammers and swirly winds, while removing MOST depth from their games. Surely an opportunity for Unicorn?

Don't let the GFC bury this great game.

Yes, Rome 2 is a commercial success, but the game is broken.

Not only because of the bugs but also because of the half finished and cut features.

I'd like though 1C to continue the development of the real warfare series,
it's such a promising franchise.

People asking for a competitor, for CA, and in my opinion is wrong.

We need though a different vision/taste of the genre.

TRue, CA SEGA have gone down the path of simple, shallow games for kids, highly promoted - pump n dump.

Opens an opportunity for quality strategic wargames, RW is 80% already there!

Apparently Rome2 sold about 800,000 units .. not bad for a con job, bet they dont get that much next time .. but it does prove there is a large market for QUALITY strategic games.
