Okay I'll add my competitor "jackedwardmorri" to my friendslist and try to arrange a meeting in the next days.

I hope this will work out!

Cheers.

.....too late to change the rules but 'least deaths' to win is only sensible with limited ammo. 3 points for a kill and a penalty for each crash was the sensible solution otherwise 'B&Z' with a fast plane and lethal cannons .....spray em with all you can dish out from long range before your guns get red hot then hot foot it ......meanwhile the opponent is damaged and crashes or bails out rather than killed.....

My match is tomorrow and will play with the current rules......but are they right if your looking for a champion that is not only a good flyer but a great practitioner of accuracy too? This suits the B&Z tactics more than T&B.

One more things to bring up is the prizes. I believe that MS points are region locked and will only work in the country you bought them. So if someone outside of the UK won, the points wouldn't work for us.

I've hosted a tourney where this happened and I couldn't get the winner his prize. Just a heads up. It might be worth checking out.

I do agree Angelo, but I thought and thought and couldn't see another way. The Kill counter is plain broken so any competeition that uses it as a way of score is flawed. The death count is acuate and can be used as a measure of how well someone has flown (Forcing another pilot into a mistake an loss of control leading to a crash should be credited to the other pilot as a kill anyway). limited ammo would unhinge this because of the need to die to re-arm.

Played mine today but a couple of observations.

1. A prescribed Respawn time for all future rounds. My competitor and I agreed on 5 seconds so players could get into action relatively quickly but might be an idea to have an agreed respawn time. 5, 10 , 15 20...?

I'm happy with 5....what say ye?

2. Draw. If a draw is the outcome will this be resolved by another full match or a 'golden Kill' (e.i. first player to crash or die on an immediate subsequent match loses round)....might not happen but there is a chance.

Got your PM SEE, congrats on the win. Check the table, i've updated it

And as for changing the rules, unfortunately they aren't really changeable because it would put already played matches at a disadvantage. I will however incorporate the draw rule.
