I don't think 1C would ever do that. The very core of this game is RACING, and TIMED DELIVERIES. That's what R'n'R is all about. This also effects your ranking, rating, and the experience of drivers you can hire. Changing that ONE thing could result in problems in all those areas. Thus making the game less enjoyable. I'd rather see the truck physics improved, and the auto docking/un-docking replaced to manual.

Rig'n'Roll was advertised as a racing game, and management skills. Yet, that seem to be to a large degree the most complained about. If you don't like the racing aspects of Rig'n'Roll, you never should have bought it in the first place, and just played 18WoS, or European Truck Sim to name a couple.

Im not disagree'ing with the timed delivery's. Im just saying that the racing gets old and there are somedays i just wanna cruise you know? Cruising can be a timed dilivery :p

The main reason i like Rig N Roll is deifnatly the graphics and such. When going back to 18wos, the graphics just stink :p

You can just bob-tail around. Just don't take on any missions, or loads, and cruise around. There's nothing that says you have to take on every mission, or loads. If you have enough money for general repairs & gas, you can cruise all you want. I've played that way for a few hours until my money ran low, and I picked up some loads, and bob-tailed around for a few more hours. You don't need a trailer to do that.

Well 1C wouldnt help us point blank because they didnt make the game lol, soft-lab did and they are wayyy to busy with other stuff to update the game often, which is why they are "supposevly" going to release an expansion pack...

Let's not split hairs here. Not everyone knows the difference between a publisher (1C) & a developer (Softlabs). Since developers don't outright sell games, it's a natural thing to target (blame) the publisher from whom you purchased the game from, and that supposedly offers support. I'm sure we all know what everyone means when they say 1C. I even use that term. It doesn't make it right, or wrong.

I once released a well known ETS winter mod some years ago (http://www.bledrajor.de/spielmodifik...ets-winter-mod) and I just asked myself if it wouldn't be great to bring out a winter setting for R&R, too.

But my question is: Is there a possibility to work on the terrain textures? If yes, how?
Maybe then I could cover the terrain with snow as I did with ETS...

I was going to say something similar. My wife got a kick out of it though. She is from LA, and thought it would be a laugh to see a foot of snow there.

I'm not sure it would be a fan favorite unless it was limited to Northern California though.

Yeah that would be pretty sweet just to get it to snow up in Northern Cali if it was lower that 40 degrees making the roads all snowy. I know it gets icy but some snow on there would be sweet. I like the idea
