Hi Shado, do I find your skin on Airwarfare.com? I`ll go and check... Now I am curious what a reald JG51 skin looks like... Well,...

I finally reworked the "Priller-skin" and added my part of shading and lighting to the wings and the fuslage. So this is version 1 of this attempt to make a somewhat historically skin.

Hi Cheese,

You can either right mouse click on the skin.jpeg and save it anywhere you like (that`s why I put the huge JPEG into the post ) or you can visit Airwarfare.com and look here:

or here:download

Wanted to see some US roundels in the game - This one's not particularly accurate as the real MD-T was a MkVb, but I thought it would do as a mini morning project

DOWNLOAD

Hope someone gets some enjoyment out of it

Looks good, DaRat! Your Download indicates a JPG format, but I can only save it here as BMP and thats getting abt. 10MB huge. Is that related to my old Browser here in my office or intended?

Actually I didn´t either. And I acutally just used this reference (posted a little above) for testing my 109 template. Anyhow, I have not the background and nor time and will to check for 100% historically accuracy. As long as it is not totally fantasy (and even that didn´t stop me so far as this are our squad skins- dark, squad skins by day , historically, a little historically and fantasy) I just used for skinning what I thought looked good. Honestly I found the reference posted above for the Priller skin rather boring, but I had all perspectives on the scheme available and it was easy for testing, so I used that.

I started working on this one, but had no time/will to finish it. I will post it when it`s done, but it is not really historically I think, but it looks nice.
