gENERALLY I like gametrailer reviews, but I did not see ONE in cockpit view during their whole review...yea 8.0 is not a bad score, but I dont think they really "got," what this game is all about!

Great review at Games Radar - 9/10 and "Awesome" rating.
"...it’s the best air combat game we’ve ever got to grips with, and the best possible start to a franchise which deserves by rights to be as long-lived on console as it is on PC." - summarizes the author!

Brutal Gamer review - 8/10.
"If you like your flight games and want a deep sim with an arcadey edge for when the going gets too tough then grab it now, in fact you probably already have it on pre-order." - says the author.

Jeuxvideo.com : 16/20
You could think that it's an average score...but no ! Beleive me, this website is Killer Game so 16/20 is a very good score and average score from the reader is 17/20 so these first impressions look really positive

"Technically impressive, visually stunning, IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey managed the feat of offering a gameplay suitable for all types of players. So whether you are a beginner or veteran, we will live with equal intensity the famous battles of WWII that are staged. Note nevertheless that the use of a joystick is highly recommended mode and Realistic Simulation."

Hope my translation is not bad

See ya !
