I'll try to get on if its in Sim mode. Those little red arrows are a bit too much of a disadvantage for sneaking up on the enemies in Realistic. Sim is really not as difficult as it seems, just takes a bit getting used to. After that, you'll never want to go back to Realistic. I thought Realistic was the best way to go until I got sucked into a few Sim games, now I'll never go back. I don't even have a HD TV! I can't even check my six right now with my Thrustmaster. Sim is so much more satisfying.

Ok, i'll add all the latest volunteers on in a bit (just got into work, so have to work stuff first). Seems like the majority want to play on Sim, which is fine by me. Looks like we'll need some more Luftwaffles though.

I think the easiest way to do this is for everyone on the final list to send me a friend request on the PSN later today. If you all make sure you're online at 8pm GMT, then i'll set the room up and invite you all.

Everyone cool with that?

Yep that doesn't sound too bad, except the sim part. I'm playing with the PS3 controller so it's going to be difficult for me. Can anyone give me any tips? That would be really helpful.

And is there any chance of playing some Airfields? I've really gotten into it recently, it's so fun!

I'm also using the PS3 controller, so I know how difficult it can be. The best advice is to take down the elevator sensitivity in the option menu, and that should stop the plane stalling and spinning on hard turns. You'll have to adjust it depending on what plane you're flying though.
Also, check out the post by pedrothegoat on this forum regarding sim flying. There's some good tactical advice in there.

As for tonight's BoB match, its looking like it will be a no go, as we really need to have a full house to make it work. I'm still going to set up a pre-41 sim match though, so if anyone wants to join in please feel free.

This looks like a massacre. Six against three, possibly two.

I thought us Germans were supposed to have the numerical advantage.
