Can no longer launch the game with this patch extracted into the folders.
i7 2.6
Asus gene II rampage extreme mobo
6 gig ddr3 corsair ram
nvidia GTX 480
also, steam version.
Note that I could not launch the game untill the last patch uploaded on to steam, as well.

The patch download directly from 1C gave me a truncated (corrupt/incomplete) archive file. I therefore downloaded the file from one of the mirrors. After that, patch installation (copy/paste the stuff into the correct places) was straightforward...

Default Patch download

Downloaded the patch straight from 1C link and after 189Mb was told incomplete download. DL the torrent 199Mb and it works fine. big improvement on the game paly and frame rate, so worth the problems with downloading.

Yup, just noticed this in a mission I made in FMB. Most irritating, but hopefully an easy fix.

If you don't use TrackIR or free-track, may be you must try to set TrackIR option in conf.ini to 0.
Thanks, will give that a go!

There were a lot of guys who thought that the beta patch was to be delayed.

Its only called patience. Be patient, luthier is knowing well what he is doing.
