It looks the same too me , when you slow down time though the props slow down as well which look pretty cool. When you pause the screen the props are blurred.

With il2 you can toggle plane icons so that it just shows distance or the type of plane or both or off. That's what I'm looking for...just like IL2

C'mon, you're killing us here. Unless you have a video please don't talk about how great it looks.

I wonder if you can turn it off without turning the epilepsy filter on?
After a few hours of playing I think I'm used to it now, no epileptic fits from me. It is very good and looks realistic but I had to get used to it first as it's a bit different and can distract a little.

Now I wish I had figured out how to record ingame video. LOL

If I knew how to, I would.

Recording from a track with the game's built-in video utility won't work, because engine RPMs are still seriously bugged with that thing.

only tested with spitfire. prop does not work well at all. at high rpm's it dissapears again and is only visible when it spazzes out, which does not seem right to me. i expected a similar prop from IL1946 or wings of prey, a constant spinning disc that is soothing to stare at. this prop we got now is either buggy or complete trash.

and i was so excited for this

tested the bf109 and same lousy results. i am uploading a high def youtube video now showing the bf109 and spit's prop.

i used fraps and with max graphics settings. what i noticed was that when enabled fraps recording the prop graphics change and that it does not spaz out at high rpm's. it is simply invisible as before. when i disabled fraps recording the prop starts to become visible again at high rpm's but ONLY because of it spazzing out. the spaz looks exactly like the video shows at low engine rpm's where it looks like some kind of sun glare has hit the prop for a split second but the difference is that in low rpm's the prop does not spaz out. it's hard to explain.

vid up shortly.

with fraps video record it pretty much eliminates the high rpm spazzing and because of this it looks like the prop before the patch, which looks like crap
