Hmm, maybe I misunderstood something in your post, but does that mean, that there is a possibility to activate traffic cars on truck stops and parking lots? What exactly did you mean by that?

It's rather self explanatory.

The problem is that I really don't understand it so right.

Does it mean that you have to set the traffic density on maximum?

(Don't miss the point that I'm from Germany so I sometimes have problems with expressing myself or understanding some statements. )

Yes, I said it as simply as you just did.

As far as I can tell, your English is better than most.

Okay, then I just continue hoping for a patch that optimizes the performance.

I tried setting traffic at max (my computer can handle it well) and still no traffic in truck stops!!! tried in one truck stop: nothing... in the 2nd: nothing... the 3rd: nothing... No traffic!!!

This applies to people that can run the game with little, or no problems running on any setting. It may not work for everyone. I have only seen about 4 people that got it run, myself included. However, I don't use traffic at high settings because the traffic is too slow for me especially in congested areas. This does not include Nicu's Pedestrian Mod though.

OK, enough with the traffic. Let's get back on topic with the Ped Mod. I didn't mean to derail this thread with my original comment. It was only used as an example.
