To disable (AI) Radio Comm is not in conf.ini, is in ConfUser.ini, and the name is "enableVoice=".

1 - enable
0 - disable

Or, as posted up, if you uncheck "Voice" in game GUI > Options > Audio
do the same effect.

[BOB]
hotkeys = HotKey BOB
difficulty=279969279
lastSingleMiss=missions/Single/Across the Channel.mis
playerLastCountry=gb
enabledVoice=0 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< "Radio comm/Voice"
backgroundMusic=0
enabledMusic=0

thaks boys, I found it
I can see a few improvements in stutters into the black death track just before the explosion about min frame rate (due to the radio comm voices) but finally I get the same results for media, max and min. So it is usefull for that kind of stutters.

Well, even if you have a high end system, put nearly everything on "medium" helps a lot. On my, so to say, high end system, things run a lot smoother with below settings:

[core]
RandSeed=0
TexQual=1
TexFlags.PolygonStipple=0
Shadows=1
SpecularLight=2
DiffuseLight=2
DynamicalLights=1
MeshDetail=2
LandShading=1
LandDetails=1
Sky=3
Forest=1
VisibilityDistance=3
LandGeom=2
DrawCollisions=1
Water=-1
Effects=0
EffFlags.Light=1
EffFlags.SpriteRender=0
Grass=-1
CordEffect=1
UseFog=0
UseLandCube=1
UseLandConnectedObject=1
LinearObjectManager=1
Roads=1
Sun=1
Clouds=1
EffFlags.LightSpritesProj=1
ShadowMapSize=5
TexFlags.AsyncLoad=1
TexFlags.ShowTexture=0
SimpleMesh.SWTransform=0
SimpleMesh.QuadTreeClip=1
SimpleMesh.InstancingHW=1
EffFlags.LightContextSprites=1
CloudsFlags.Detailed=1
TexFlags.CreateHDR=1
Decals=2
EffFlags.SWLight=0
TexFlags.CockpitOnePass=0
MegaTexture=0
TexFlags.Reflection=0
RenderTargetQual=3
MSAA=0
MeshStatics=1
MeshStaticsDetail=2
SimpleMesh.QTNoCompose=0
MeshFirstLod=0
MeshShowLod=0
SpawnHumans=0
TexFlags.FastTransparency=1
TexFlags.SSAO=0
TexFlags.VSync=0

For now, I'll stay with these mediocrate settings. I know they don't do justice to my pc, but CoD runs a lot better with them.

Rgs,
FP
