It would seem there are no sales at the moment.

However from time to time the following do have sales:

http://store.steampowered.com/

http://justflight.com/

http://getgamesgo.com/

Are there any disadvantages buying it on Steam vs. other stores?

Thanks,
Sabrefly.

I believe it requires Steamworks so no matter where you buy it, you will be using Steam. I bought it from getgamesgo and received an activation code which I just entered into Steam and now it is forever in my Steam library.

Yes, same here, I was just thinking of changing to the english version from the original 1C DVD. Anyway, COD is region-protected on Steam. Now I'm looking for english maddox.dll.

S!
I bought my copy of the game from getgamesgo.com. Their super legit, very good and fast customer service too. I got the game for $15, and it was a European only special, but they allowed me to get the deal anyways after a few emails even though I live in the U.S.

I just got an email from GetGamesGo that IL2 Cliffs Of Dover is on sale for 75% off.

Although it says not for North America I think you can choose the "rest of the world" option, get the key and d/l from Steam using the key.
