The only real mistake 1C makes in all this is when they assume the users of alpha/beta patches understand what alpha/beta patch means. In that based on the responses in this thread and others that is clearly not the case!

With the current 'official' patch there are still serious errors. You're comparing a Beta patch to a game which appears to be a Beta itself. For many the Beta patch is the only chance they may have to get the game to work for whatever reasons.

Yes, the complaining appears too harsh based on the fact it isn't official, but you act as though it's not to be expected.

Indeed, despite the apparent animosity in certain posts, they still serve as being useful because they are highlighting issues which need to be addressed in the next patch.

Last Monday?

No. Dates move around here. When get it when we get it.
In the meantime we have petty arguments. It's great.

No, but I guarantee this Friday they will be sorry that they couldn't push the patch out and they are still working on it. That seems to be the norm now for a Friday update if you take away the screen shots of Bom.

[QUOTE=BlackSix;448571]Hello everyone!

We’ve just fixed the last major bug about five minutes ago. We are building the new patch right now, but we’d like to keep it in for Monday just in case something else comes up. We’d really like to avoid releasing it with some other unforeseen issue.

Can't wait until Monday! Thanks man!

@ATAG_Doc

You do realize the Monday he was talking about has come and gone don't you? So I take it we are in for a long haul because there must be another issue to the beta patch.

Which explains this part of B6's update...

But I suppose releasing a unplayable patch Monday would have been better in your eyes?
