Hey FC, works great.
I guess that Arty spotter is part of a bigger feature thath couldn´t make in 4.12
Is this true? Can we wait human controlled artillery spotter in a near future???

We can accept donations, it's common misconception that DT can't take money but that is not the truth. We CAN'T SELL PATCHES, patches have to be free.

Despite that it is not our practice to accept donations, you can always give that money you wanted to donate to charity of your choice.

But if you have burning desire to spend money on Il2 you can always pay for features and 3d models you want to be added to the game. Couple of planes have been added to the game that way. Of course, this is not limited to TD members only, you can hire programmers and 3d modelers of your choice and if their work is done by required standards we will gladly accept it and include to the game.

I didn't have time to enable spotting for humans in 4.12, there were too many other things that had to be done before. (More commands in comms menu, reworked artillery accuracy)

Thanks for your answer FC.
This is THE feature in 4.12 patch. A mission builder knows it is a revolution, and maybe more is almost there. Heyyyyy we got something like triggers after 12 years an DT did it!!!

About givin´money...well...just ask...give us a way to send it. There are comunity projects on the way that would need it. DT would surprise about how many il.2 fans around the world are willing to support with money the sim patching.

Thumbs up So beautiful!

Well i had the occasion to go deeper in the exploration of this patch, and i have to say that the game was never as powerful as it is now.

The effects and AI are phenomenal! This no longer is an old sim.

I fell in love with this sim again, poor me i'm an IL2 junkie again ...

TD YOU ROCK!!!!!!THANK YOU!!!!!

Excellent job done on this update, love the AI, UI and new effects, thanks also for the formation options.

It's great to see the burning embers and smoke in crashed aircraft from so high up.

Atlast you feel like you've destroyed a MT when ground pounding.

Just built several missions on different maps with a variety of A/C, the AI behaves much more human-like, whoever is programming the AI deserves his own car park space at TD.inc.

Great effects on the bullet hits too and just try torpedoeing a liquid cargo ship, compared to the dry cargo ships.(sounds kinky)

All round thumbs up from me, i know there's one or two bugs need ironing out but what a great update.

I can't say it any better than the Spanish...nachos grassyarse!

Bet ya didn't know i was multi-lingwill

Thanks again TD!

This small update/bugfix mechanics may work great to keep the sim alive, don't you think?

Wow TD, your patch is so great.

I do not know, it changes the simulator in a way it feels so much better than before!

You guys are doing a really good job. Thanks to you, this game will never die and will become even more awesome.

1000 thanks to you and all contributors!
Keep the good work!

To even show you my appreciation, I will tell you a little true story;

I played a lot with Il2 yersterday and today with my little nephew.
He is 7 . I am teaching him to play IL2 since 2 years. He loves this simulator, I made him try other simulators like MSsim, MSflight and Vehicle Simulator but he wants to fly only with this sim.

We flew with the Ki45 , PE8, and B5N mostly free flight, we had so much great time. Maybe he will become a pilot and be skilled thanks to piloting warbirds in this sim!

See? even a 7 year old boy loves your work!
